Washington, DC – Former U.S. Rep. Tom Graves, President and CEO of Ervin Graves Strategy Group, announced today that Eloise Denker has joined the firm as a Research Associate.
“Eloise’s interest in public policy and her academic background make her a great addition to our team,” said Graves. “We’re glad to have her on board and look forward to the perspective she’ll bring as she gains hands-on experience with our clients.”
Denker recently graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Law and Justice and a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. She brings hands-on policy experience from Capitol Hill, where she interned in the Office of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, supporting legislative research and office operations.
She also gained experience through internships at Quell Strategies and the American Free Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, contributing to legislative efforts and strategic communications. Her background in public policy and stakeholder engagement prepares her to support client needs effectively and collaboratively.
“I’m thrilled to join the Ervin Graves team and apply what I learned on Capitol Hill and at Auburn to support our clients,” said Denker. “It’s a privilege to work in such a dynamic environment, focusing on infrastructure, technology, and analytics alongside an outstanding leadership team. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity.”
