Washington, DC – Former U.S. Rep. Tom Graves, President and CEO of Ervin Graves Strategy Group (EGSG), today announced the promotions of Allison Feikes and Amanda Kasper as Senior Vice Presidents to the government relations practice.

“Both Allison and Amanda have consistently exceeded the expectations of clients and have risen to become dedicated leaders on the EGSG team,” said Graves. “We are excited to announce their promotions and look forward to all they will continue to accomplish on behalf of clients and the firm.”

Allison joined EGSG in July 2021 after serving as the Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Employment and Workforce Safety in the U.S. Senate’s Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee. Prior to her committee work, Allison also served as a legislative assistant in the offices of Senator Mike Braun and Congresswoman Barbara Comstock.

Allison added, “I’m excited to take on the role of Senior Vice President and I look forward to the continued success of the team.”

Amanda also joined the firm in the summer of 2021 after serving as a Senior Advisor to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator, Andrew Wheeler. Prior to the EPA, Amanda spent more than 15 years in clinical research with the majority of her time at Children’s National Medical Center, where she was Director of Operations for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at Children’s National (CTSI-CN).

At EGSG, Amanda has been an asset to the firm, generating results for clients across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy, environmental and financial services spaces. Amanda added, “I look forward to this new opportunity and am excited to continue driving results for our clients.”
