WASHINGTON, DC – Former U.S. Rep. Tom Graves, President and CEO of Ervin Graves Strategy Group, announced today that Ryan White joined the firm as Vice President in the Defense, Aerospace, and Cybersecurity practice.
“Ryan brings a depth of experience across Capitol Hill, the Executive Branch, and the private sector that makes him a strong fit for our Defense, Aerospace, and Cybersecurity practice,” said Graves. “We’re excited to welcome him to the team and look forward to the value he will bring to our clients.” White is a seasoned government relations professional with more than 15 years of experience across Congress, the Executive Branch, and the private sector. He has built a strong track record helping organizations navigate national security policy, federal procurement, and emerging technology opportunities.
Most recently, White directed go-to-market efforts at Forterra, aligning advanced technologies with Department of Defense modernization priorities. He also founded Arcturus Partners, LLC., a boutique advisory firm focused on helping defense innovators navigate the federal landscape.
Previously, White served as Senior Director at Honeywell Aerospace, where he led federal advocacy for the company’s Defense and Space business. His public sector experience also includes serving as a Congressional Liaison for the U.S. Air Force and Deputy Director at the U.S. Institute of Peace. In addition, he spent more than six years in senior leadership roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, helping shape national security and foreign affairs policy for multiple Members of Congress. White holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
