Washington, DC – Former U.S. Rep. Tom Graves, President and CEO of Ervin Graves Strategy Group, announced today that John Dandridge has joined the firm as a Junior Associate.

“John brings a thoughtful approach to defense and aerospace policy and a real interest in the field,” said Graves. “We’re glad to have him on board and look forward to the contributions he’ll make to our team and our clients.”

Dandridge is a 2024 graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. As an undergraduate, he interned with Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, supporting contracts for the B-21 Raider program. He most recently served as a Government Relations Analyst at Sierra Space Corporation, where he focused on policy analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Dandridge joins Ervin Graves Strategy Group to support the firm’s Defense, Aerospace, and Cybersecurity practice group, where he will contribute to client initiatives through analytical research, legislative tracking, and strategic outreach.

“I am honored to join Ervin Graves under the strategic leadership of Tom Graves and Jim Ervin and contribute to its distinguished work at the nexus of policy and strategic industry,” said Dandridge. “This role presents a valuable opportunity to apply my experience in aerospace and government affairs in support of impactful, mission-driven initiatives and results for our clients.”
