Halley is currently a second-year graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University studying Public Policy and Management. She began her career studying art history at the University of Michigan and later worked in the museum field, specializing in museum education. She assisted in creating dynamic educational programming, produced academic resources for teachers and visitors, and led various programs that specialized in collaborative and interactive learning. From these experiences and her research and problem-solving skills, she found herself drawn to a career in policy as an avenue to enact more significant change.
She hopes to conduct policy research and is interested in educational policy.
