Reed Craddock is a seasoned government affairs and policy professional with extensive experience in defense, intelligence, and financial services. Over nearly a decade on Capitol Hill serving as a Deputy Chief of Staff, Reed has developed expertise in navigating the complex political processes within national security-adjacent committees, including the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), House Armed Services Committee (HASC), and House Appropriations Committee – Defense (HAC-D). His work included advancing provisions within the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), ensuring alignment of legislative priorities with national security and economic goals.

Reed also brings significant experience in stakeholder engagement, having cultivated strong relationships with congressional staff, industry, advocacy groups, and media to support strategic initiatives. Beginning his career in operations, Reed has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence and adaptability in high-pressure environments.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance, Reed combines his policy acumen with strategic insight to deliver impactful solutions for clients navigating complex regulatory and legislative challenges.
