Ryan White is a seasoned government relations professional, leveraging over 15 years of experience across Congress, the Executive Branch, and the private sector to navigate the complexities of national security policy. Known for bridging the gap between emerging technologies and government requirements, he has successfully influenced federal procurement strategies and led bipartisan advocacy campaigns for a range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups.

Most recently, Ryan directed go-to-market at Forterra, aligning advanced technologies with Department of Defense modernization priorities. He also founded Arcturus Partners, LLC, a boutique advisory firm for defense innovators navigating the federal landscape.

Previously, Ryan served as Senior Director at Honeywell Aerospace, leading federal advocacy for its Defense and Space business. His robust public sector background includes serving as a Congressional Liaison for the U.S. Air Force and Deputy Director at the U.S. Institute of Peace. Ryan also spent more than six years in senior leadership roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, shaping national security and foreign affairs policy for multiple Members of Congress.

Ryan holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
