Tim Baker

Exec. Vice President & COO

Tim is an experienced manager, utilizing his years as a Chief of Staff for three Members of Congress to coordinate and execute the inner office functions that support the Ervin Graves team. He is best known for the management approach he takes – hands-on, daily interaction, specializing in the planning, organizing, and executing office operations, and ensuring teams are efficient and working together.

While attending Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, Tim got his start in politics working as a Political Director for then-Congressman Saxby Chambliss’ re-election campaign. After that election and graduating with a degree in Political Science from Mercer, Tim moved to Washington, D.C. His experience spans 20-plus years working for multiple Members of Congress, including serving as Chief of Staff to Ervin Graves’ President and CEO, former Congressman Tom Graves.

To his three sons, Jackson, Barrett, and Crawford, he’s “Dad,” and he usually spends his weeknights and weekends racing from field to field and cheering on his baseball ballplayers.
